After practicing a bit on some apples and lemons, my boyfriend wanted me to tattoo him. I wasn't confident enough to straight away tattoo him considering I had only practiced on some fruit a little bit. He had already had a tattoo on his back of Chucky (from Rugrats) smoking a joint, as my Mum says it's a coverup waiting to happen hahaha. I thought I would give a go and colouring this in with some coloured tattoo inks I had purchased online. I can obviously say it didn't go very well and was very scratchy and patchy. I only tried to colour the glasses and pants and will give it another go once I'm more confident, had a bit more practice and once it has healed over well.
But my partner persuaded me to tattoo a camel toe anyway.. Ya know a camel on his toe? This tattoo came out much clearer, still scratchy and not the best but I guess I'm kind of happy with it for my first tattoo. I'm much more confident with my line work versus my shading/colouring but the lines are still uneven and my skill still requires some much needed practice. It was too early for me to actually tattoo on a person considering how little experience and practice I've had, but it's just another step in my learning. I won't be tattooing anyone again until I am much more confident but the temptation was there, oops!
